Social Articles - Understanding The Gospel
If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably heard the word “gospel” a few thousand times in your life. And, if you’re anything like me, no one has ever told you what the heck the word “gospel” actually refers to. As a matter of fact, I spent the first eighteen years of my life going to church, but even t According to USFDA, a combination product is one composed of any combination of a drug and device; biological product and device; drug and biological product hen I didn’t understand what the word “gospel” meant. A few times they had told me that the word “gospel” means “good news” — but no one ever bothered to explain to me what this “good news” actually was. (Heck, at that time in my life I thought anything that was associated with church would have been mor ; or drug, device, and biological product and fixed dose combination would include two or more combinations of drug. Examples of combination products may in e accurately described as bad news!) Thankfully, I have since learned what the “gospel” really is. By the time you’re done reading this blog, you’ll be able to understand it as well. Actually, the “good news” of the gospel really doesn’t make a whole lot of sense unless we first understand some bad news lude drug-coated devices, drugs packaged with delivery devices in medical kits, and drugs and devices packaged separately but intended to be used together. . The bad news is that it is almost certain that each of us has broken God’s commands at least once in our lives. I have put together a quick test which will help you to gage yourself. Here are just a few of the ten commandments: * You shall not murder. Remember, Jesus said that to hate someone in your here is enormous increase in the number of combination products entering the market in the recent years. Combination products have proven advantages but fixe heart is the same as murder to God. Has there ever been a time when you have felt hatred towards another person? * You shall not commit adultery. Again, God has said that to even look at another person lustfully is to have already committed adultery in your heart. Have you ever looked lustfully towards a d dose combinations are still in the process of convincing regulatory authority on their advantages over the single ingredient formulations. Combination pro nother person? * You shall not steal. Keep in mind here that the value of the object is irrelevant. Perhaps you took something from a family member when you were younger. Or maybe you haven’t always been honest on your taxes. Has there ever been a time when you took something that didn’t rightfully belon ucts have become life saving products for the pharmaceutical companies who doesn’t have many innovative molecules in their product pipeline and have been inc g to you? * You shall not covet. Have you ever desired something that belonged to another person? Have you ever desired someone else’s house? Or maybe someone else’s car? Perhaps there have even been times when you’ve desired to have someone else’s husband or wife. Has there ever been a time when you des easingly used in the product life cycle management. Even the companies having product patents are trying to extend their product life cycle through the combi ired something that rightfully belonged to someone else? How did you do on the test? Have you managed to keep all of the commands listed above? If you’re anything like me, you’ve probably broken these commands as well. Even if you have broken God’s commands only once in your entire lifetime, you would s nation products and maximize the revenues. But the companies involved in this practice are overlooking that they are burdening the patients both economically till be guilty of breaking his law. (Personally, I know that I’ve broken these commands several hundred times in the past month alone!) Now someone might say, “Yeah, I’ve broken some of the commands — but I’m still a pretty good person“. Well, let me respond to that by giving you a little example: Let’ and physically. They need to rightly judge the benefits of the combination products and they have to even look at the risks involved when combining the produ s say that you received a ticket from a police officer today for reckless driving. (A rather serious offense, by the way). Now when you go to court and appear before the judge, what are you going to say to him? Will you say, “Yes judge, I know I was guilty of breaking the law. But I’m actually a pretty g ts. Some of the combination products were well accepted by physicians while others suffered. Companies involved in development of combination products are fi ood person. I mean, last year I even helped an elderly woman load her groceries into her car!” Obviously this type of a defense would be rather silly. You see, the judge isn’t going to have any interest in any “good deeds” which you may have done in the past. The judge wants to know whether or not you br ding difficulty in defining their combination products and facing various challenges from selecting a combination to marketing it. Following aspects would a oke the law so he can make sure that justice is served. When we are guilty of breaking the law, a good judge will convict us of our crime and give to us the sentence we deserve. (Only a corrupt judge would allow the guilty go without punishment). So this is the bad news: We have all broken God’s command dd to the challenges in developing combination products: Which markets to tap where the combination products can do fairly well? Which combination prod s. (Which, of course, is also a very serious offense). We have broken God’s law and we deserve to be judged by him and given the punishment we deserve. This punishment, he has decided, is that we will be eternally separated from God and his perfect (holy) nature. Now, are you ready to hear the good news? cts are meaningful and rational? Which therapeutic categories to select? Which Combinations can address unmet needs of the patients? Do combin Imagine that you are back in the courtroom. The judge has convicted you of reckless driving and has told you that you can’t be set free until you’ve paid your fine. “Your fine”, he says, “is set at $5 million dollars.” In your mind, you are thinking, “Five-million Dollars??? How on Earth am I going to tions increase the patient compliance? What would be the developing cost? How to tackle the risks encountered during combination product developmen come up with five-million dollars??? That’s impossible!!!” No sooner do you finish this thought when a man holding a briefcase bursts into the courtroom. Shortly after seeing him, you realize that he is rapidly headed right towards you! As the man approaches, he opens up his briefcase and then holds it t? As combination products don't fit into the traditional categories of drugs, medical devices, or biological products, the USFDA is in the process of devel out to you. As you look inside, you realize that the briefcase in his hands contains exactly $5 million dollars. The man then looks at you and says, “This is my gift to you. It is yours, if you are only willing to receive it”. This little story helps to illustrate the “good news” of the gospel. While we ping new procedures for reviewing their safety, efficacy and quality. Professional from academic institutions, pharmaceutical industries, health care indust have broken God’s laws, Jesus offers to pay the price for us. His death on the cross was the payment that God deemed necessary in order for us to be set free from the punishment which we deserve. [Jesus is more than able to pay the price on our behalf because his nature is both sinless (holy) and eternal y and representatives from various regulatory agencies are working out to design the regulatory requirements for manufacture and sale of combination products ]. Let’s go back to our courtroom story again. Remember when the man offered you his briefcase? Well, at that point, you had three options: 1) You could reject the briefcase 2) You could look indifferently at the man and shrug 3) You could accept the man’s gift to you Of course, you would only be spa . As there is an increasing trend of the combination products companies manufacturing such products should be able to tackle the problems involved in the de red of the judge’s punishment if you choose #3 and accept the man’s gift. In the same way, just because Jesus made a great sacrifice, this doesn’t mean that everyone now is guaranteed to enter into heaven. Instead, we must choose to receive his gift. We do this simply by making the decision to put our fa elopment. They need to be wiser in analyzing the market trends and the regulatory requirements. Companies that provide selfless information through particip ith in him and believe in the tremendous sacrifice he made on the cross for us. (You might say that when we give God our faith, he gives us forgiveness in return). Christ's resurrection means that he is still more than able to raise us from the dead. As Jesus put it, "Because I live, you also will live! tion in industry events and feedback to regulatory authorities would be able to face the challenges and will be successful in developing combination products
